Service Description
This class is the third in a series of three designed to introduce students to the process of fabricating (constructing) jewelry using techniques such as sawing, filing, soldering, finishing and polishing. In SSIII students will be combining the skills they have already learned to fabricate a custom bezel and ring shank to make a ring. Please note: learning to solder, especially pick soldering, is a skill essential to your success in every area of silversmithing! It is recommended (and encouraged!) that you plan on taking this class more than once for maximum retention of information. The good news is that class repeats are ½ off! Prerequisite: Silversmithing II Kit fee runs around $55 Remember to bring your torch and other supplies from Silversmithing 1 & 2 with to avoid purchasing replacements!
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are inevitable and we will do our best to work with you, but since our class sizes are so small, we need as much advance notice as possible. Cancellations more than 30 days in advance can be refunded, rescheduled or credited. Cancellations between 30 days and 10 days of class will be given store credit or rescheduled. Cancellations with less than10 days advance notice - no refund. If cancelling with no refund, students can use the RETAKE code to sign up for a future class at half price
